Playing Stromae with "A lo chorro orchestra"

Yet another feature in Tau-Zeta's YouTube channel, this time singing Stromae's toast to those forgetten workers who make all parties possible: Santé. While some of the members from this installment of the a lo chorro orchestra do overlap with those that played its premiere at PorchFest, there were some notable additions. Indeed, this formation was composed by (in alphabetical order):

• Luiz Chamon: rhythm guitar, singing
• Juan Elenter: piano, singing
• Ignacio Hounie: bass, singing
• Anastasios Tsiamis: sound effects, cajon, singing
• Dimitrios Tzarouchis: lead guitar, singing

In the beginning of 2022, I was visiting Philadelphia to work on a paper back at Penn. So on Saturday, we went to Juan and Nacho's house (aka, the new Uruguayans) to record Dimitris' video of the week. And while we were brainstorming which song to play, Dimitris' remembered this amazing Stromae cumbia. Since it has the same chords as Buena Vista Social Club's Chan Chan (Am C Dm E), we couldn't let that pass.

Now the day before that, a storm hit and the whole city was covered in snow. So obviously, Dimitris was tempted to do a repeat of our Yara Yara version from 2020, in which we froze our fingers to record in my snow-white backyard. Suffices it to say that we decided to go a different way!
